For the best chance of preserving the flowers’ color, shape, and overall quality, I recommend contacting us within 3–5 days of the service. I’ll gently guide you through how to care for your flowers and safely send them to me.

If more than 3–5 days have passed, please don’t assume it’s too late. The timing primarily affects the condition of the flowers—not whether I can create a keepsake for you. I can guide you through drying instructions to help preserve them at home, and I can also work with flowers that are already dried.
